We are looking to add a contract recruiter to our team, this is a work from home position recruiting RN nurses to Director of Nursing, healthcare billling, and general corporate positions etc nationwide for a chain of SNF Nursing homes.

You will be partnering with me in this role with full cycle recruitment, we will split up the openings by geographic markets. These jobs are fairly easy to fill using LinkedIn, HotJobs, and occasional direct cold calling. Its almost more of a recruitment coordinator role but you will need to interact with hiring managers to help re-write job descriptions and narrow down the job spec requirements.

Pay is a fixed weekly amount on a 1099 hourly so you do get all paid holidays and some paid vacation days. The corporate office is in a rural location so salary expectations are not close to big city levels of a few years ago, but are competitive for someone with 3-5 years experience and in this economy this is a nice steady job with a growing company where you can work from home putting in the 40 hours whenever you want.

Must have experience with corporate recruiting.
Strongly prefer healthcare recruiting experience
Strongly prefer experience being a part of an HR recruitment team
Agency recruiting experience a plus
Social Media experience a big plus
First preference will be given to applicants with Nursing recruiting experience.
Bonus points if you know what a SNF or LTAC is? lol

Hi Greig

I would be interested in speaking with you about this position. I was a HR manager for a large law firm in Boston and had previously spent time recruiting for legal positions. I moved to Atlanta 4 years ago for my husband's job and decided to take some time off to spend with my family. Now, four years later, I am looking for a new opportunity that gives me flexibility to work from home. Although, I loved doing Employee Relations it is not a position that I am able to do virtually so I have focused my search on recruiting positions.

I have attached my resume for your review and truly believe with my HR skills that I can get up to speed and be a productive recruiter in the healthcare field.

Thank you for your consideration.

Hello Greg,

I would like to be considered for the position you have listed. I have 2 years of Healthcare recruitment expertise. My primary focus was nurse recruitment. I am familiar with hiring nurses for (SNF-Skilled Nursing units). LTAC is more of the long-term acute care facilities. I have hired a lot of nurses that actually worked at LTAC facilities but decided to return to the hospital setting. Usually nurses that had come from the LTAC facilities were hired to work on the SNF units in the hospital setting.

I have attached a copy of my resume for your review. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.
