Any ideas on best places to find Aviation Engineers ?

I have a client who has booming business. These jobs are really great to work. However, I'm not up to speed with the best Aviation / Aerospace sites to post some jobs. I'm currently doing some passive recruiting, networking, etc - but I need a good site as a bigger net too. Any ideas? I know the ones out there from browsing, but I want to know what the GOOD ones are.

For those who work in Avionics - the top job I am working is a Team Lead - Dynamics Systems. Central KY. This person designs / analyzes the rotorcraft dynamic systems. BSME/Aero, Structural Mechanics, etc. Base $100 - $145K. Let me know if you want the full JO and/or can help. I'm always open to a good split with another firm.

Elsa, I've been playing with a great little tool that a friend recommended to me -- try www.big5hire.com and enter the key words you want in the search string box.
