Bernadette,

I am a very experienced HR Director and have worked for Beacon Hospitality Group in Boston, MA, a few years ago. Even though I have not directly been an HR Director for a 4 or 5 star hotel, I have been the VP of HR for retail, manufacturing, distributor, IT and various other industries. Thanks for the reply - what kind of hotel were you at when you were with Beacon? Can you send me a copy of your resume? The GM really wants 4 star but perhaps if you were at an "upscale / 3 star " it might work.

Bernadette,

I was looking to see if there was a local recruiter network in Jacksonville and came across your message. You may have already looked but the Jacksonville Business Journal will give you a listing of the top hotels/resorts in town and might be a good place to start looking. Also there are some very active resort communities that could be a resource as well. One of the best 4/5 star hotels is the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club or the Ponte Vedra Lodge.

Thanks for the info Wayne but I've already exhausted the Jacksonville Business Journal and I think most of the resorts but I will verify that. Let me know if you think of any other sources. I really appreciate it!
