I suppose it depends on what you are paying and more particularly, what you are prepared to pay. I think that because its a depressed market (still) there is a lot of negotiation that can be done and I think we all know that there are firms out there that will put someone forward for very little. I'm not saying that its the best way to do it but its certainly one of the ways and for a lot less than you spent two years ago - you now have the chance of picking up some good quality back office support staff.
