Well you are right in your way,but this is not right regarding me.we also got Fortune 500 cliets and i don't submit H1 candidates of my company for any client requirement.I work only on client requirements and tries to submit the candidates matching the requirement.You can visit www.ustechsolutions.com for more info about my company.This requirement of SQL Server i have a hiring manager of some company,because i have good relations with him.
I think we work a different type of market. I do not use H1"s or work job orders where that is what they are looking for.
When I see an "I need 3 ---." it is not what I work. My people need a valid job description, city, length of contract,
etc. They are professionals, and I personally have put sixteen of them to work this year. Many are on their second or third contract with me. Most companies are fortune 500, although not all. I am usually direct and work with people that are direct. I dont do four persons down.
