Last weekend we brought home our new friend - Mack the Lab. He is super and the kids love him. I think he'll make it 30 days......hope you do too!
Miles - did you remember the 3 cubes yesterday?
Nice. You let some dude you barely know tell you to disregard the scientists that bred the plant in your home and just slap some water on it from time to time? Does JD know how easily influenced you are?

Tell Josh to step off. The plant needs THREE CUBES EVERY WEEK! No more. Certainly no less. Once. Every 7 days. Not 6. Not 8.

No - Josh Akers told me it would shock the roots. So I have resorted to lukewarm water and a measuring cup. It's like top of mind all the time, I would never forget. Darn tulips. I mean orchids.

I'm pretty big on leading by example. This Orchid has been under my care for nearly a year now. You will note 2 cubes in the front. The 3rd cube is tucked underneath one of the (very healthy) plant's leaves in the back.
Did you know that you can get one that looks like this or better that does not require anything but dusting. It's sort of like growing your own tomatos. It's a nice exercise but the ones at the farmer's market taste the same or better and one does not have to water, spray or worry about what the dog did or did not do on the plants.
Not sure if i am growing them or getting rid of them but they eat dog food so i put a handful of dogfood on the patio and in the flower beds. Then i sneak up on them at night, pick them up and lob them into the street or the alley. They make an interesting sound when they hit the asphalt and they don't seem to come back.
Miles - if you think this thing is going to die - you're wrong. Now that I've banned myself from Twitter I've got all kinds of free time - but still need 2-3 hours of nonsense each day.....

I gave my flower 4 cubes this week instead of the recommended 3. What do you think will happen?
I'd like to dig into this thing - but I can't. I'm IMing Corn on the job, Bill Boorman and a few other (high level) people you guys don't know right now.....
One can certainly tell when recruiters are "off the clock" on the Friday before a holiday weekend. I tried to reach 273 "thought leaders" this morning but they are all on a beach somewhere or "thinking" about something other than thinking about something. So without anyone to lead my thoughts i am concentrating on ribs and potato salad.
I'm searching high and low for someone with this background: AS/400, RPG Programmer Analyst. The exciting, growth-oriented role is with a forward-thinking team environment in Indiana.....just so y'all know.....I'm working today.....

Miles - how about running a quick search on that for me - just to keep your feet wet?

I'm not axing you to compete - I'm axing you to help. #ThereIsaDiffernceYouKnow

I could find that in ten minutes. But I have a non-compete. ;)
