I have been a recruiter for over 15 years. I would never plan long vacations because recruiters never sleep!!!

Boy am I wrong. I went on a cruise with my family. Internet was like $4.00 a min so I nerver checked email for 7 days. I did have a cell phone for big big problems. Never got a call.

I am so happy that I went and just had fun.

What about all of you. Do you take a vacation or do you feel traped by you work or clients.
