There's and endless supply of examples of bad recruiter behavior, but I'm curious to find out what everyone thinks of when considering what a "good recruiter" looks/acts like. 

Please be specific... 

Also, please indicate (if you think it matters) whether expectations are same/different between various types of recruiters (agency, search, internal, external, niche, retained, contingent, etc.)
