I'm looking for an experienced sourcer to find candidates with the following qualifications.

• A minimum of 5 years experience in the Internet Services industry, this includes managing team, SNS product operation, online game operation or other internet product operation
• Must have knowledge and experience in Internet SNS, forum application, activities planning, and topics marketing
• Knowledgeable about Internet Services Markets
• Must have effective individual, group and public communication skills
• Must have experience leading individuals and teams through the strategy, design and implementation of solutions

Education/Training:
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical field from an accredited university is required.
• MBA is a plus
