Hi Irina: The Allinanchor tag is a bit difficult to wrap your brain around. It is used in conjuction with keywords. For example: allinanchor:"view resumes". Using that string tidbit will return only pages in which the anchor text on links to other pages contain the phrase "view resumes". This techniques works well sometime and others not so well. You can try the tidbit with other skills type keywords. To try and make just a bit more sense out of it, most of the hits you get will have a blue hyperlink somewhere on the results page that says "View Resumes". I suggest anyone wanting to experiment with the technique to start out with just the string snippet offered above and look at the results to see how it works. Then go ahead and add other keywords more relevant to the type of person you are seeking. Google also offers other, similar techniques one can investigate including allintext, allintitle, and allinurl.
