The last number I saw was that there are 40,000 job boards now advertising job openings in the US. That's an incomprehensible number, and one that makes it virtually impossible to review all of them to find the best fits. With so many search engines now offering very niche searches, and aggregators pulling jobs from other sites, I'm curious how you all find the best places to either post hiring needs or access resume databases. Are you relying on word of mouth? Do you have search engines that find the best job boards?
