Well............... if I had more time I would be further ahead and as you know getting to a critical membership size who start to interact is the key. Pleased the site is listed on top 5 in search results on Google for "big biller" search (got to find positives!). Want to be a Big Biller? now at 375 members, what size were you before things kicked off?? Another promo by RB would be helpful.

It takes time. the many Ning groups these days that get started scale much faster than RecruitingBlogs.com did because people now are more used to the concept and the people who start them invite their networks in. with Recruitingblogs.com, I have sent out a total of maybe 5 invites to people. As a result, it was slow growth in the beginning. Maybe 6 months to get to 300 people. Just keep at it
