I keep hearing recruitment trainers telling us desk jockeys how to overcome objections with our clients and potential clients. I also hear solid techniques around best practice when trying to nurture client relationships - understanding and developing a marketing plan/program is great.

Is it me or is the world mad? How many untrained recruiters does it take to change a light bulb..... too many to count, they just haven't a clue! Trouble is, they don't even know it...
