In my many years as a HR professional and recruiter I have only used an interview non-disclosure agreement with one of my high-tech clients. I'm curious to know if NDAs are now commonly used - particularly in the technology industries. I would appreciate any comments and like to know the rationale behind why your company use it or not use it. What has been the feedback from your candidates? Your comments will help me decide on an internal recruiting policy.
