In addition to any conceivable position in a call center, the majority of my hires are customer service representatives, front line. Let me know how I can help!
Hi Mel! What kind of assistance or partnership are you looking for? I used to head up Employment Initiatives for Federated Department Stores / Macy's Inc. I'd be happy to touch base and learn more about your needs. I am headed out of the country early Friday morning but you can catch me tomorrow. You can also learn more about me through my website - www.TalentSynchronicity.com.

I have had about 4 people respond to my post and as I said I am looking to start a group or sub group or just connect with people who recruit and select frontline workers. As I am sure you know this group in many ways is very different from what 90% are more of the people on this site deal with. Interestingly enough even though they make up over 60% of the workforce most organization think they are disposable or at least act that way which means they feel that way and the great ones are harder to find and attract than what some people refer to as the salaried or professional employees.

If you wish please send me your direct contact information.

Great hearing from you. We met a couple of years ago when I was on the Board of Deploy Decisions before they were sold to Kronos.

Mel - yes, I do remember meeting you - it was while I was still with Federated. I'll send you my contact information and we can catch up when I'm back from traveling. Good to reconnect with you!

Karla:

Since the hourly frontline space is so different then the proffessional space I am looking to create either a Nign site or a linkedin site just focused in that arena. What are your thoughs on that?
