Seeking to connect with, network with and learn from sales recruiters or sales people in the Consulting industry. Anyone out there care to dialogue?

I've been recruiting Sales people constantly for over a year, with past successes recruiting them in other roles. Anyone have ideas? I posted a forum discussion on the topic of sourcing them yesterday.

I have two Sr. Sales Manager candidates that I can't place because I have placed them in their last position. They live in CA (one North and one South). Both have financial services background, one has legal sales (he has a JD), the other has technical. If you would like me to sent you their resumes, please let me know jacdimarco@yahoo.com.
