Hello everyone

I just joined recruitingblogs and wanted to introduce myself and my company. I'm originally from Leeds but have been living in the USA since 1991.

My company is Pharma-Cruiting, an executive recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of mid and senior-level executives through C-Suite positions (e.g., CEO, CFO) within the Life Sciences industries. We provide recruitment expertise in the most sought after areas, including (but not limited to) Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, throughout the United States and internationally.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Pharma-Cruiting has achieved the level of expertise and experience necessary to successfully place elite executive talent giving companies a competitive edge and helping world-class professionals accomplish their dreams.

I would be interested in partnering with UK recruiters on a split basis as well as connecting with Corporate Recruiters.

I can be reached directly at ruth@pharmacruiting.com.

Hi,

Good to see a UK based group here.

I look forward to networking with you all.

If there is anything I can do for any of you, just ask.

Regards,
Peter Reed-Forrester

Does the recruiting process in the UK differ that much from the US? I think we can learn from each other as well as share ideas and more.

How do we go about starting a dialog on the differences in the practice of recruitment in the UK vs US, if in fact there is any difference? I have a feeling we are much more alike than different.
