A few months ago, I tried to vote for them (or at least get them into the competition for recruiting awards on ERE) . . . but it just died in its tracks for reasons unknown. I'd love to recommend others go check out some of the things they're doing because there truly are some neat things going on over there on the site :)
I honestly see some recruiting innovation over there . . . but since joining is more than just a job, I know that some of the tactics wouldn't translate as well (and let's be honest that they're mainly targeting 17 - 23 yr olds . . . meaning the game is a little different).
