Hi Rich,

I've used Maxhire for over a year. Parsing is pretty good, gets most of the info. Every now and then, it doesn't pick up the name or something but normally it's great.

Also, I had a lot of resumes in Word, and was able to parse/enter them in bulk, fast and easy.

I like the system. I looked at Bullhorn, WinSearch and have worked on Sendouts. And for the way I work - Maxhire was the best.
