US Job Market grows 4.1% in March 2011

The job market in the United States grew 4.1% in March as compared to February. The expansion in March did not meet our expectations. We expected a higher increase in labor demand for this time of year. The moderate growth may be a reflection of the significant developments in Japan and the Arab countries.

Finding the best candidates for a job opening is a process of elimination. Information filtering is used to bring candidates or aspects about them to our attention. Specifically in recruiting, filtering information with a computer introduces a high risk of losing the best candidates. US Job Market grows 6.1% in February 2011

Okay, here we are in March 2011 and the job market in the US has finally begun to expand again. After a promising start in 2010, activity was fairly lackluster during the second half of the year running up to the mid-term elections. When we entered 2011 employers did not increase their postings for the first two weeks and we thought the recession may come back (has it actually ended yet?).
