Alright - pay attention. Because this one is one of those interesting ideas that at a glance would seem to be either falling flat or just not getting noticed. Paperless Recruiting - Paperless Job Hunting

Year to date I'm paperless. That's right - I haven't personally created even a shadow of a paper footprint so far this year. Some days are obviously easier than others but for the most part it's been a pretty satisfying journey.
