Progress Report - joblish at 1 month

At 10:00 PM on October 1st, joblish was launched on the web. It's been an exciting month. We've made a lot of progress. In October:

www.joblish.com has had over 1,000 unique visitors. Some came & looked...others came & experimented. 76 came & registered. Not bad for a site about a new concept with a weird name.

We started the joblish blog - www.joblishblog.blogspot.com. Our readership is small, but growing. We work hard every day to make the blog informative,… Continue

Monday joblish update

Use of joblish is growing. A number of individuals (small, but growing) have included joblish codes on their LinkedIn profiles. We've also updated joblish in the Energy & Utilities industries. Kudos & thanks to Abby at MR Pittsburgh North for the input that made it possible.

Is your industry presented properly in joblish? If it's not, you can have a major impact framing it for everyone. Call (269 372-8007) or write with your input!

Making Progress

joblish is moving forward & getting better. In the last few days, some users have stepped up and are helping us correct joblish for their industry. We're made changes in the Library & Information Science industry and are working on the Defense, Defense Electronics, Energy, and Utility industries with the help of folks who work in those areas. More details later.

Special thanks to Raissa & Deb at Library Associates Companies. Their input has transformed joblish for the… Continue

Interview and Stuff (about joblish)

I just completed a video interview with Bill Vick, the recruiting guru and publisher of http://www.xtremerecruiting.tv/. We talked about joblish, how it came to be and how it's used. I'll post a copy here when Bill releases it.

On the "Stuff" front, here's a suggestion for how an HR professional or recruiters should use joblish. (www.joblish.com)

When you're using joblish to write job ads, or code resumes, just use it. There's no need to register or to log in if you are a… Continue
