State of Recruiting Report for 2012: The War for Skilled Talent is Here

What I found particularly interesting was the report shows social recruiting is hot and growing, but job boards remain the #1 source for candidates... didn't necessarily think this was the case, you always hear job boards are becoming obsolete.
