It is not often that someone comes on the scene and immediately adds value to the conversation. Geoff Peterson is one of those people.

Geoff is the Managing Principal for General Lead and edits StaffBytes, a news site dedicated to recruiting industry tips, techniques and instructional videos. I started pointing to Geoff and his work last year because, well, it just rocks!
