Wow, who would have picked it. I went to my CEO with an idea, and to my surprise he listened, thought it through and agreed to move ahead. I must have entered some parrallel universe or something. Now I have a problem.... I have to actually implement said idea, by tomorrow night and present at our company wide meeting on this.

Ok idea was (well stolen from Rob McIntosh, thanks Rob) to run a Film Festival, for people to make their own video's about our company, the winners get a prize and up on youtube and our ocmpany website for all to see. We have some structure around categories etc, and a way to make a clear and transparent winner, my challenge is to find THE right prize. Why is this a challenge, I think pure cash, whilst fun etc.. is boring. Any thoughts of Recruitingblogosphere?

In case anyone was watching this, don't worry, my CEO came to the party offering the winner $10,000. Now that got some interest after some, weird looks I got when presenting the idea ot the company. one mention of the prize, well, you could hear the ears of the group picking up.. OK not literally, but you know what I mean.
