I agree with this.

The recruitment industry is constantly undervaluing itself. No other professional services industry has so many participants who are prepared to work in a race and only be paid if they win. Recruiters need to stand up and say no to competitive assignments. Lawyers and accountants dont work like this so why should we!!

Hmm...it was indeed a good read to start a Monday morning !! :)

According to me, what matters the most is "Customer Delight". Analyzing your USP and pitching the same to right candidate at right time.

"Customer Delight" attitude will help you win the rat race.
