Comment by Glenn Gutmacher on May 13, 2008 at 10:54am: That is very useful content. Have you reached out to The Pinnacle Society about this, Gavin? (That is the professional association of big billers, though they use a slightly different formula to calculate minimum qualifications).

But I also see them as a potential source of content for you, so you could approach them both ways (start with Dave Staats - http://www.recruitingblogs.com/profile/DaveStaats - he's their main content aggregator/sharer).
