The CT job market consists of a variety of newspaper sites, one large independent network and of course craigslist.

CTjobs used to be privately owned until a newspaper consortium bought them out. Now the site is just a rehashed listing of print classifieds. Its also rather expensive.

AllCountyJobs.com which runs 4 regionally specific sites in the state offers: FairfieldCountyJobs.com (#1 in state), NewHavenCountyJobs.com, HartfordCountyJobs.com and NewLondonCountyJobs.com.

Postings start at $119 or you can get Unlimited postings for $999/yr for staffing firms, $759/yr for employers.

Hey Chris. Thanks for posting this. I had a listen to the radio show you did last week with Dennis. It was good. I have a question about this post. Why is it that staffing firms pay more money?

Thanks
