Job matching using AI is becoming more prevalent in today’s job search. I like how Ziprecruiter’s “Phil“, the name for their AI agent does it. I got a quick tour recently from one of their top execs. In the video above you’ll see how Ziprecruiter onboards new users and matches them to jobs.

I'm a veteran of the online recruitment industry. In 2012 I sold my first company AllCountyJobs.com, and now I spend my time as a recruitment marketing consultant to job boards, HR tech startups and employers who need help with digital recruiting.
