I'm a veteran of the online recruitment industry. In 2012 I sold my first company AllCountyJobs.com, and now I spend my time as a recruitment marketing consultant to job boards, HR tech startups and employers who need help with digital recruiting.
My colleagues call me the "Mad Scientist of Online Recruiting" because I'm always experimenting with new tech. It's a badge I wear with pride.
