When experiencing an issue as the Human Resources Manager, or a coroporate recruiter, where are you sourcing the solutions to your problems? Google? Analyst? Trade Shows? Your thoughts are appreciated!

Hi Rich, basically i am trying to determine what the top 5 issues are that Human Resources experiences... For instance, is it sourcing, onboarding, quality of hire, time to hire, etc...

And when experiencing these types of issues - where do you go to source the solutions?

I agree, please elaborate. Disciplinary Issue = Attendance, Recruitment = Sourcing qualified candidates...
