Aligning Candidate Experience to a Great Workplace with @GerryCrispin and @KimPeters

What do Deloitte, Genentech, Intel and Stryker all have in common?

Easy. They have each won recognition in 2014 for not only creating a great work environment but translating that commitment to the treatment of their candidates – even the ones they don’t hire.

They’ll also be joining us for our next webinar Thursday January 22nd at 11 PST/2pm EST to talk about the tactics it takes to actually create a world-class candidate and employee experience.

Our moderators could not be more qualified to host and speak about candidate experience. First, we have Gerry Crispin who founded TalentBoard to better define the candidate experience in the first place and reward companies like these for their work. Joining Gerry, we have Kim Peters CEO of Great Rated!™, a Great Place to Work® company, who spends most of her time helping companies tell the story of their workplace cultures and connecting them with job seekers who want to find their best fit.

Gerry and Kim will be talking to the all-star (and candidate experience award winning) panel who will share the real practices they’ve put in place to define, measure, improve and spread the word about their ‘Great Rated!’ workplaces.

This isn’t a webinar about hypotheticals – we’re talking real strategies with real practitioners.

This will indeed be a great event.

Gerry and Kim both bring great industry insight and the companies sharing their story are truly poisoners in connecting the candidate experience with a great place to work - and all benefiting the company's bottom line!

I just learn that  Allyn Bailey, Talent Experience, Global TA, Intel will join us too!
