Art of solicitating a JOB/ROLE ....Art of salary ...compensation negotiation....Social Groups

Given that people survive in groups ...or said theology of society ...

Art of solicitating or Job for one-self ....Art of compensation or salary ....perks(what all can go or be part of
perks) negotiation ??

Given the above context ...how would recruiter's match a role or position and source or place a prospective candidate ??

Also ...would appreciate ..myth's of the commodity market's or opportunity arise out of market ???

given the context who would be in a better position to negotiate ...the recruiter or the candidate ?? one who fills the role or one who fills up the role ??

...i have had in the recent past know of two acquaintance's hail from premier institutions of the nation (off course india!!) .... one happening to be a civil grad and other a IT grad ...but both being employed in IT industry ....with reference to merit and employablity ...it is obivious that the one graduation or specialized in IT would standout ....

but ...strangely enough the lifestyle and standard of living of the civil grad is far superior and rather a more comfortable ....

while the IT grad ....seem's to have been struggling for a decent standard of living ??

what make's these two stand apart ...social clout ??? ...or merit ??

why and what for are the said reference's ...reference letter used ....??

if social standing ....clout .... determine's ...not only the future but employability or the ability to survive or run or thrive a business ??

then what role do recruiter's play ?? ....what are the trade-off's for procuring a job/role ....should or would there be any social stigma or how should or how would one look at these nuance's ,

in the context i would appreciate ...reading through a posting or article " can somebody differentiate the term's 'BIOdata' ....'CV' ....'RESUME' ...their ...interpretations "

all views and opinions are welcome
