I was watching TV the other night and this IBM commercial came on. In general, I think IBM does a good job with their ads to convey the “Big problems” companies face and how IBM is working to solve them. This particular ad caught my attention, because it directly relates to what SmashFly is helping companies solve in regards to Recruitment Marketing. Namely…providing companies with real-time recruitment data.
As the ad says, “the companies that are going to be the most competitive are the ones that can make sense of what they learn as fast they learn it.”
Applied to recruiting, that becomes “The recruiters that are going to be the most competitive are the ones that can make sense of the recruitment data & metrics they learn as fast as they learn it”.
Without real-time recruitment metrics, you’re falling behind the competition.
