Did you all see Greg Pankow's article yesterday (1/28) here on ERE about using VoiceMail systems to get directly to the person(s) you want to talk with without having to talk to the Gatekeeper? It's terrific and you can find the step-by-step instructions here.

But what happens when you don't mind talking to the Gatekeeper - the Gatekeeper as friend - and all you want to know is who are all the application engineers on the inside of a specific company's location?

You don't mind spending two hours pulling all the names down off a Voice Mail system and now it's your daunting task to match names to the titles you seek. You're going to start by talking with the Gatekeeper and that's what we'll be talking about today in the MagicMethod Phone Sourcing Classroom Chat - I hope you'll join us at noon EST!

"I use my single windup, my double windup, my triple windup, my hesitation windup, my no windup. I also use my step-n-pitch-it, my submariner, my sidearmer, and my bat dodger. Man's got to do what he's got to do.” ~ Satchel Paige

Thanks for the tip. I understand we may be better off talking to the gatekeeper, however, a select few I have encountered are impossible.
