“The Sourcing Foundation” is a foundation whose mission is “To provide sourcing & recruiting training and education to military veterans and spouses, the disabled, the unemployed, and underemployed. “  Simply put they are out to do MORE. Anyone who knows me, knows I am a huge Veteran advocate. I myself am a Veteran, and do everything I can do to help Veterans. I preach that no matter how much we are doing we can always do MORE. Well here is your chance to do MORE.

  The idea is, for us all to give a little to help train our Veterans on how to be recruiters. This is     a win win, not only do we help our Veterans, but we also help the staffing community.  Lets look at some stats: 

 There are over 63k recruiter jobs open right now

 8% of the population are vets that is over 23 million with 11 mil under the age of 60

Current Veteran unemployment rate is 10%, 12% for those with disabilities

Think about those numbers, we could effectively fil every recruiting position out there with a Vet.

 This is a not for profit foundation, were you contributions are tax deductible. Which makes this even a bigger no brainer.  

Now lets take this one step further, not only are they trying to help Veterans, but they are trying to help their spouses, the unemployed, the disabled, the underemployed. Simply put they are just trying to help and trying to do MORE!! The training can be completed in 60 days, and can be completed remotely. Oh and one more thing, once they training is done, the foundation provides job placement services.
