The primary mission of the Corporate Recruiter role is to provide leadership in the assessment of recruitment needs, government compliance requirements, and staff supervision. Position Hertz as the employer of choice attracting the best talent in the industry. The incumbent works closely with all business partners to perform all recruitment activities. The function of this role is to identify qualified candidates and manage the process through final hire. The Corporate Recruiter implements strategies to source qualified, diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and/or referral candidate pools. The role requires strong skills in leadership, client relationship building and critical thinking.
