An increasing number of companies target the military talent pool as part of their talent acquisition strategy. There are many good reasons to do so, but a key one is when a company is addressing international positions and assignments. excellent arrticle for anyone looking to hire proven leaders who are also experienced engineers, operations managers, project managers, IT professionals, sales reps, six sigma certified, or skilled technicians. Add to that, they have communication, presentation, motivational, coaching and a "can-do" approach and commitment to their company's mission that we don't always see in the civilian workforce.
