How to source on the lesser known sites!! Craigslist
We have all heard of Craigslist and most have used it. However not many have used it for sourcing. Below is how you source craigslist from to do this without worry you need go no further than into your bag of tricks and pull out an old tried and true tool, called x-raying.
So to source within Craigslist you simply need to create an x-ray string, like the one below.
site:craigslist.org/res developer
site:sfbay.craigslist.org/*/res developer
Now notice 2 different strings, that is because the string needed for certain locations is different than others. The one above is for SF area, you will need to check what it is for the area you want, or just add an area to the end of the first string which is non area specific
If you run the first string above in google you will get the results below
