Ohloh is a coding repository, were people keep their code, projects and more. They have over 34 trillion lines of code there. Now  Ohloh is not very well known in the staffing world. And very few recruiters try to source there. The reason is simple they do not know how. Well to do this without worry you need go no further than into your bag of tricks and pull out an old tried and true tool, called x-raying.

So to source within Ohloh you simply need to create an x-ray string, like the one below.
