This is the 8th in the series on lesser known sites to source from.  As you saw in the first one we used x-raying to source, well guess what we are again and guess what it still works and it works for free.

The 7th site we will discuss is Ryze.  Ryze is a business networking site, that has a robust and varied population. They have a pretty good search of course you must have an account, which includes you basic information which of course is searchable via x-raying.

So to source within Ryze you simply need to create an x-ray string, like the one below.

Ryze site:ryze.com/go developer

If you run the above in google you will get the results below

Of course you can be more specific and add in a programming language and more, but you get the idea. If you need more info on X-raying see my blog post titled ”http://www.recruitingblogs.com/profiles/blogs/seeing-what-is-really..."

The next few weeks I will be posting some other blogs but do not worry in 3-4 weeks I will be back with more lesser known sites. Such as  Stumbleupon
