HR Recruiting Tools: Methods different from what is available on the market

Starting TechHiring.com we were continually asked what differentiated us from the pack. There are lots of tools on the market and most do the fundamental job of connecting recruiters with jobseekers. Some better than the others. Recruiters use tools that they can get an nice return on investment. A recruiting tool needs to drive incremental results. One way we do things differently is make the website more useful to job seekers. We offer professionals in Computer Science ways to showcase their coding skills, add a resume and connect with hiring managers faster and easier.

Another way we are differentiating is job seekers only see opportunities relevant to their interests. They can keep their job search confidential, and showcase and market themselves, adding blogs and personal websites. Social media pages and other favorites can be added. Job Postings can be swiped either right or left on mobile phones and apply by one swipe on the phone. Another way we are different is our built in machine learning: our platform learns and recommends the opportunities jobseekers want to see.

We are working on building 3 new products and implemented a light-weight job board which candidates may use to browse open opportunities. Using this product, the candidate may additionally advertise their own abilities and distribute a resume. (Soft release of the job board in February 2016)

We are taking a survey on any good ideas any recruiters have as we are nimble and can customize the software for recruiters needs and open to ideas for what is not being offered in the market. We are excited about our new breakthrough technology we have been working hard on and we hope to disrupt and already-successful business to a great enough degree that we become and asset.
