LAX TechRecruit 2019 !!!

LAX TechRecruit 20-19 happened just before my vacation and it was awesome. IT had something for everyone, workshops for sourcers, metrics for datatypes, management stuff for managers. Something for everyone. That said, since I focus on tools, methods, tips and trick, a way we go.

Tools: Swordfish, Seekout, Hiretual, Humanpredictions, github, whoknows, amazing hiring, Rockstarfinder, Zapinfo, Dataminer, Nymeria, Context Scout, Scroll it and more.

Methods showed included full proof email finding on Github, and Bitbucket. Facebook Sourcing solved. Numerous SCEs, and Bookmark searches as well as a few bookmarklets.

Metrics; lots of talk about metrics, data and the like. The key was make sure the metrics, and data used are relevant and once you have your metrics lok into the Who, What, When, where and why behind the metrics and numbers.

Also while sourcing is still the most important, outreach is a very very close 2^nd and to be successful you need to personalize your message.
