Less Dynamic More Productive....Social Media phrase I just read

When I saw this title BE LESS DYNAMIC AND MORE PRODUCTIVE Re: Social media on a co-workers (Jeff Balentine) Blog (http://www.ust-global.com/blog/less-dynamic-more-productive.aspx), I jumped to read the news.  Social Media and all my Web 2.0 experience boils down to this phrase.  Be Less Dynamic and More Productive.  Why hadn't I thought of that?

For all those who are getting started using social media, or all those overwhelmed by the hype and interest-- Keep that phrase at the root of all you do.   Feel free to share my organizational guidelines of Web 2.0 organization http://bostonrecruiter.blogspot.com/2009/03/web-20-organizing-your-...   as they can be boiled down to the phrase --Less Dynamic and More Productive.

I have made plenty of mistakes, mostly because I'm curious about everything and want to try anything (risk assessed) once.  I regret few mistakes I've made as I see them as a learning moment.  However, the mistakes I do regret the most have been around Social Media and Technology.   Yes the Susan Hand-- known for my technical recruitment leadership, my online staffing brand strategies, industry knowledge, and sourcing ability!  I made huge mistakes and everyone of them was EXTREMELY DYNAMIC!   I just hope sharing a Mistake isn't one of those more dynamic than productive blogs:-)

Learn from others and take this phrase at its face value.  Be less dynamic and more productive in Social Media approach.
