If you’re sourcing on LinkedIn alone, you’re probably starting to hit the corners of their universe. You’ve talked to all of the people who could be a fit for your job and new talent isn't so easy to find. The worst part? When you do find new folks, you’re stuck calling a catfish. You know - one of those people that will post fake photos on social media to lure you. Then when you see them in real life, they’re a mess.

LinkedIn is full of bait but you’re lucky. It turns out LinkedIn is not the one tool for sourcing.

At least it shouldn’t be.

With the recent changes to LinkedIn’s search formula and Recruiter package, there’s no predicting what feature you could lose next. You have to rely on other tools to source efficiently and find the most up-to-date and relevant candidate information.

That’s why we wrote this eBook. We worked with a series of tools experts to discover the best sourcing tools that can replace the key features of LinkedIn recruiter at little to no cost.

We’re talking about less than 10% of that annual license back in your budget for employee perks and another food truck at your next family picnic day.

Get your eBook here or just click the image above and let us know what you think. Are you already using these tools? What new ones would you recommend?
