Job Description:

Position Title: DGM Operations (O2C)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 10 – 14 years


Qualifications: Post Graduate degree

Responsibilities:



* Manage B2B collections – predominantly commercial collections
* Managing multiple client engagements / contracts - Operations support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting
* Manage relationships with customers at the senior management
* Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making
* Assist management with career development activities for team members.
* Ensure adequate guidance & training of team members to ensure process objectives & Customer requirements are met.

Competencies Required:



* Very high focus on implementation - essential for process delivery as per SLAs/ SOW
* Stability - should not have changed jobs frequently
* Ability to interact and manage multiple customers and handle escalations
* Ability and proven track record to manage large teams effectively
* Drive to continuously look for opportunities to improve metrics and the validation of the data.
* Analytical and numerical ability - data driven
* Ability to create and present dashboards
* Effective communication skills
