JobRadio.fm Brings Career Advice to Internet Radio
New online channel broadcasts career advice talk and jobcasts 24/7
Internet radio now has a unique new channel for job seekers and career advice professionals, it’s called JobRadio.fm. The new channel features a wide variety of news, guests and information about career advice and jobs. The station is sponsored exclusively by the job search engine SimplyHired.
JobRadio.fm is a partnership between two veteran podcasters, Chris Russell and Peter Clayton. Mr. Russell is the founder of two popular career podcasts, Secrets of the Job Hunt and Jobs in Pods. Mr. Clayton is the founder of Total Picture Radio. Each of their shows will be featured on the station which will broadcast 12 hours of continuously streaming content.
"We wanted to extend our brands and offer one channel that featured the best career advice on the planet" says Chris Russell. "Internet radio is a great medium and we are filling a need that does not currently exist. The time has come for a station dedicated to making people better job seekers."
JobRadio.fm will also feature content from other career advice podcasters to be announced shortly. Each week new shows and real employment opportunity "jobcasts" from JobsinPods.com will be added to keep it fresh and timely.
"We think job seekers, career coaches, career counselors, HR professionals and recruiters will love JobRadio.fm", explains Clayton. "Most people realize they need to invest in their careers to get ahead in this highly competitive job market. By combining programs from the best career podcasters on the Internet, we're offering terrific value. Think of it as 'Pandora' for your career."
