Post Jobs on Facebook Marketplace (it's free!)

As more job seekers are starting to find jobs on Facebook, employers are increasing their presence to have the largest reach possible. A great way to extend reach and drive additional traffic to your job postings is by listing your open positions on Facebook Marketplace.

It's really simple to post a job - just click on the "Jobs" category, click 'post' and fill out the form. You can include a job posting title, description, picture and video. Choose 'Jobs' as the category, and the job function (sales, marketing, accounting, etc) as the sub-category. Then, enter your company name, job title, the job type (FT, PT, etc), and the location.

Within the description, you can direct job applicants to apply on your Facebook job posting app, you can collect applications via email from Marketplace, or direct candidates to your ATS or job board posting. Jobs posted are live for 30 days.

Once your job is posted, job seekers can search for jobs directly on Facebook by location, keyword, company, title and more.
