This post is on the 2nd Keynote of the 2nd day of Sourcecon  entitled “Personas: A Key Component of Your Recruitment Strategy By Allsion Kruse.

 

Allison says “Candidate personas are fictional, generalized representations of your target candidates.”

So as you can see there are many things that go into a persona.  The long and the short of this is simple. Do you research on your candidates. Get to know them and it will be much easier to engage them.

 

In addition to candidate’s personas, you have your own persona or social presence. Remembering that over 95% of all candidates check out your social presence this becomes very important.  I good presence with help to draw candidates to you and make it easier to communicate with them.
