The 2^nd Fundamental tack for day 2 was, “Sourcing for Fit, Not Just for Skills” by Craig Fisher, Andres Traslavina, Adam DiBiase, and Howard Reed. 

So I am going to begin this with this picture, think of it as the things to consider when looking at a candidate.

Then they list a few tools: Crystal, Riffle, Mindmaps, Charlie App, and others.  In the end it is all about the more you know about a candidate the better you can tell fi they are the right fit.

The Lab was about Advanced Search Engine Sourcing by Gurprit Bhambra and Johnny Campbell

Johnny Talked about building a Custom Search Engine (CSE) via google. Rather than going into a lot of details I would suggest you find some videos on the net that can walk you through how to do this. Here is a link to one!! 

Now on to Gurprits presentation were she goes into details about the different types of search engines you can search such as:

Then she clarifies what is the Web

She then mentions some specific tools or sites, such as: Leadferret, Dogpile, Biznar, Lanyard, Cloudkite, CVfox and numerous others . All in all a great lab.
