Psychology at hand....!! ....depression ....fact....what is real

though am n't great at psychoanalysis ....

raising ...money...stashing...money ...splurging money ...


how money markets ...corporate firms ...motives behind power ...position ....ability to sustain in a market based economy work.


when a individual transistions from academic [parental ] to self dependancy or corporate world

.....it is practical that one experiences some jitters ....


how do you think ....or what do you think would be the best strategy to tackle ...social...cultural stigamas..

and contrastingly if one were to christine or incorporate a firms with whole new set of ethics ...beliefs...objectives ...how should or would find an appropriate means of recruiting , as also
sustain , motivate staff the firms motives ...objectives ...letting the staff or pupil falling into the nitty gritties of life ...particularly from the point of opposites sexs ...intracting ...falling out into individual
relationships ...

while a plain no ...policy ...would ideally ...put any nuances on this platter under the carpet

....there would always be under flowing current ...effecting the performances , individual rivaliries ...


would be the best means to treat issuee's ...and nuances ...on this front ...

would appreciate a pointer to ...a well orchrested policy ...framework or charter ...that can be adopted,

and articles ...that have dealt the subject amply.

many a time i have seen or encountered ...loosely framed ...vaguely articulated policies and frameworks , that donot stand to any specific ground ...causing chaos.

looking for properly articulated charter or code of ethics ...with a firm backing from the company or corporates

ideal expectations ...from individuals ...and how should they behave themselves in-order to or effective or productive realization of their potential.
